Our shipping rates are calculated on item weight and we try to keep this as accurate as we can by Royal Mail prices.
We use Royal Mail 48 hour for all our UK orders. Overseas parcels are sent Royal Mail International Tracked.
We only aim to advertise items that we hold in our own stock, which ensures we can dispatch same day if ordered before 2pm Monday - Friday.
(Currently we meet over 94% of daily orders in this time frame)
Complex custom printed garments , large orders or occasional low stock issues can see order dispatch delayed by an additional 24 hours on top of the standard delivery time of 2/3 working days. Standard total delivery time is 2-5 days from time of purchase for a custom printed order.
Next Day Priority Service
If you need your order in a hurry, please select the Next Day (Monday - Saturday Service), just prior to confirming the total order at checkout. This will prioritise your order, getting it picked and dispatched normally same day, but no longer than 24 hours after the order was placed (excluding weekends) and sent by Royal Mail Next Day. Please ensure you supply a good 'daytime' delivery address and mobile telephone number as all these orders will need to be signed for and text messages can be sent to aid delivery timing. If you have added both an e-mail and contact mobile for a next day delivery service, you will receive notifications by text / email ensuring you can be available to receive your package.
Next Day delivery orders must be received by 2pm Monday to Friday (we do deliver on Saturdays - UK Only)
Our Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 (Closed during Weekends and Bank Holidays)
All orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for our overseas postage service. Typical delivery time is 7-10 working days (European Union) or 10-14 working days (Rest of the World). We do have a Priority Overseas Service should you require a guaranteed or faster delivery time. Any import or customs charges will be charged at the rate specified in the country the goods are being imported to and are not included in any postage costs. Unfortunately we cannot provide an estimate of these costs. Any requests to falsify customs information will result in your order being cancelled.
All import and VAT are to be paid by the recipient at the rate specified in the receiving country.
