If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any value of the goods refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Please return the items to the address at the bottom of the invoice paperwork or on our contact page, with a copy of your order documentation.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of your order.
Goods Are Faulty On Arrival
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival, then you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.
Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we require that you notify us within 7 days to enable us to rectify the problem.
Goods Late Arrival
If you find that your goods are late on arrival and are no longer required, then please do not open the package, but reject the delivery so that it is returned to us for a full refund including shipping costs. Please ensure that you have selected the correct delivery method for the timescale that your order was required to be received within and ensure that you have been available to take receipt of the package on this day. If these have 2 points have been met then we will refund full shipping costs to you.
Goods Or Order Duplicated
In the event that your order or goods have been duplicated by mistake, then please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange collection.
Custom Printed Goods
In the event that your order contains custom printed or bespoke printed / embroidered goods , then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty.
Hygiene Goods
If your order contains inflatable products that have been inflated or whistles, then we are unable to refund these items unless faulty.
